Poor Network Speed on 3G

The last two weeks saw extreme slow speed on my 3G network. Other people I know also experience same problem. It is so bad that speed test does not even register anything on upload or download.

I saw on HelloPeter that some users a experiencing this problem since May this year without any resolution.

No response from customer care in this regard even.
