Misleading false advertizing

My son went for a upgrade on his cellphone. He checked on 31050 "ug" upgrade got a date 19/11/2013 but VODACOM doesn't tell a person to check "ctd " contract termination date" for the actual date when you contract expires, actual date is Feb 2014. We have to pay 3month's extra on the old contract. They advertise an iPhone 5 for R499 but we got a bill of R 499 R 300 for sundry charges the R300 is over 24 month's for the phone. This deal was done by CHATZ in ALBERTON Voortrekker street. There was no mentioning of the extra handset cost. The sales person name is Eunice. My wife and son asked her repeatedly if the R 499 is the only amount that is payable.
