So I figure that lightning struck the line on wed night, so no internet and no phone line, logged the call thursday morning 8:30, followed up almost every day since, get a call on sat morning asking if I'm home?
I advised i will be after 3 pm asked about the next day, advised the same, made arrangement for someone to come monday, again, no call no follow up nothing, called the call centre and absolutely no help, all I hear is there is a backlog, they finish at 16:30, it was agreed that I will be called 2 hrs before coming, no call asked to speak to a supervisor, conveniently in a meeting, a lot of dead air in the call!
@ telkom, better jack up your service or. You will lose clients!
