Internet and phone line down again!!!

My adsl and phone line has been down since Thursday 5 December. When I called the call centre on Friday, the agent advised this was due to upgrades on the exchange. I was not notified of this. I called back on Monday 9 December, and was advised that this would be rectified by Monday. One of my reference numbers is Fault 940CRK091213. Since then, I have been trying to contact the call centre on a daily basis. I have been holding on for over 30min a day, with no luck. I cant continue to run my business without a internet line and phone line. My line is down more than it is up. Telkom needs to advise when this will be rectified, and credit my account for the days of interruppted service. If my line is not fixed by Friday 13 December, I will cancel my account and move to mobile internet. Please get a supervisor to contact me urgently.
