My connection and phone line have been down since the 26th October 2013 and yet NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE UP TILL NOW!!! I''M THE ONE who has to keep making follow up's with you people as you fail to keep me updated!!! How much longer am I supposed to wait till I get my connection??? I WANT MY SERVICE UP AND RUNNING
