Not delivering on services

Iv had my contract with Mtn just over a year, there is constantly never any signal (I receive missed call notifications and voice mail messages without and call or missed calls constantly) The network is often unavailable to make calls. Messages - SMS, Whatsapp, BBM etc can take hours to deliver.
Iv been told previously that its my phone that is the issue by mtn but multiple times Iv put the same sim card in different phones and had the same issues.
Calls that do go through often result in 30 seconds of running around the area trying to find signal so you can hear the person on the line.

I am tired of the terrible service I receive from this company, I have signed a contract stating I receive a service and not receiving this service.

I will be contacting the relevant governing bodies to lodge complaints till this contract is cancelled with no charge.
