Struggle with disobliging staff at the call centra

I have phone Telkom on more than 1 occasion requesting a bill which was supposed to be emailed to us from the very first month. The package we are paying for (4mg unshaped uncapped) is not what we have, we are lucky if our line runs at around 1mg.

The staff in the call centre are rude, refuse to allow one to speak to a manager and repeatedly hang up on calls.

No one is able to explain to me why there is almost R1000 added to our account simply labelled 'service fees'. I have enquired on numerous occasions that they specify as I am not prepared to pay for 'services' that I have not received!!
I have requested that a manager contact me today as my internet has been disconnected due to apparent arrears, yet no one has contacted me or explained why I could possibly be in arrears.

I am becoming very annoyed with the terrible service I have received from the staff at Telkom, if their service doen not improve I will take my business elsewhere.
