Last month when I phoned MTN I was advised that I should pay R1040 to get my account up to date for the two months in areas and the month of October. My next payment will be on the 20 November 2013. I phone TODAY (18/11/2013) to find out exactly how much to pay as agreed on the 20 November 2013 and I speak to a Tsholofelo Mangena who advises me that I should have paid some R300 and odd rand on the 11 November 2013 and still pay again R338 on the 20 November because I'm in areas!! I told her its impossible because according to what I was advised iv paid my account and its up to date and I was not advised anything about having to pay on the 11 because I'm a cash paying customer NOTHING of that sort! She told me nothing can be done I must just pay what I owe and I refuse to pay it because iv received such bad service from MTN be it call center or the MTN shop in Southgate! Then I speak to Bamber Mdluli who is Tsholofelo's team leader and acting manager and was NOT helpful in my frustrations and still not willing to investigate what I advised prior to the 19th Oct. He then advised me that MTN South Africa DOES NOT have a complaints department! WHAT BAD SERVICE IS THIS FROM MTN?
