Gave notice for termination of two contracts, under the same name, in mid-October. One number was converted to pre-paid at the start of November.
Call center claims the store did not process the application for the second number.
New number with Cell C waiting on cancellation that can only occur in the new month.
No apologies from Vodacom and not resolution.
