I have been with Cell C for over 10 yrs, I have never been late or missed ANY payments. I travel overseas often and require roaming for calls and data..last month my phone was cut off due to high usage, they then insisted that I pay half of the amount used before they would put in on again... shocked at being treated so badly, but with no other choice, I paid immediately - it took me 6 hours after that to get my phone on again. My international roaming was not working, I had to call in again and was told it was sorted. I was in Seychelles for 4 days last week without a phone because the roaming was NOT working and it took me until yesterday afternoon to get it sorted. The at the call centre, never call back, give you BOGUS ref no's that mean nothing. I am APPALLED that after all this time as a good customer that this is the way the Cell C treats me. I have over 2GB of free data on my phone, but instead of using that for when I am overseas - they charge me R91.00 per MB and then cut me off due to high usage... MORE LIKE HIGH CHARGEAGE... If i can find a way out of this contract I WILL!!! I have requested that a manager call me, but have heard NOTHING!! SHOCKED!!!
