I phoned Vodacom for the 2nd time on 28/10/2013 to change my banking details, spoke to Roshana who advised she changed it and that we could resubmit my debit order which will then go through within 3 days, I confirmed yes please or they must tell me where to pay in. She confirmed they will resubmit with call reference #316468195, to date this was not done. Today I get a rude debt collection clerk phoning me - not giving me as client a opportunity to speak. Eventually I spoke to his supervisor who confirmed she can see my details was changed on the 28/10/2013 but not who changed it and why it was not resubmitted. She said she would load a query but it will take 7 days unless if I contact client service myself then they have to respond within 48 hours - again I will have to phone and pay for the call. Your people are rude and makes us the culprits when they do not do their work.
