I am seething and livid I changed my banking details in the beginning of November as my Telkom lines were, I spoke to a lady on Sunday this month about the the bad signal quality and reconfirming my debit order she then advised me that the debit order will go off within the next two days, six days later I find my self disconected I called and spoke to a "supervisor" Pasheka, and he said that there is nothing that can be done about it and the debit order will be resubmitted and that I will be without Tv for 24 to 48 hours, I then explained how incopetent they are and then argues with me that they are not incopetent and in the same sentence he says that they have not read the e mail wich was send 6 weeks ago because they say that they are to busy, and the lady that promised to resubmit the debit order and said that she did not know what she was doing, Superviser then told me to buy a voucher, but 'forgot' to tell me were to buy the voucher, I had to phone them again from my cell, and low and behold no R199 voucher, was then put through to superviser and then he could press a button and it was fixed, F#*@ no space left...
