I have had issues with vodacom since I changed banks. This has been going om since July when I changed my detiails, I received an email from vodacom to say my debit order will be taken off from 1 sep. October my phone was blocked because the debit order didnt go off once again. This has been an on going problem as I have had to pay vodacom directly and was told the debit order would be taken off. Firstly I was only contacted on the 22nd of October to inform me that my phone has been blocked because the debit order which is on the 1st of October didnt go off. I was told to pay R560. My phone is R175 a month and no one can tell me how they got to this amount. I phoned again a couple of days later, the legal department, and a very rude woman wasnt able to help me. She said she would sms me the banking details. Sms to a phone that is blocked?? an Amount of R814?? How they got that amount, no one can tell me. I was also told to pay an extra R300 to reactivate the phone. Still dont have banking details or answers. Admin was supposed to phone me on the 29 th of August as discussed on an email from Zanele Nqwevela. HORRIBLE customer service all round and rude managers and operaters
