Very bad service regarding my telkom account query

I have a billing query which spans from April 2013 until now and no one seems to be sorting out my account. I initially wanted to cancel the service in Feb 2013 "Telkom Simple" due to the changes on the usage of my internet where my internet usage only lasted 7 days but before I could use the internet for the entire month. Telkom retensions office called me back to offer me uncapped as to using Telkom Simple. I accepted this service and I was advised by the agent that there will be no additional charges from my old service to the migration of the new service. I received an invoice for April which indicates my subsciption fees to be double the amount. Since April I've been incontact with Telkom and spoke to several consultants to have my query resolved but no one could help me with my account query. Eventhough this issue is not resoved I still made the payment as we using the internet everyday for work purposes. NOW MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR NON PAYMENT WHICH IS TOTALLY UNFAIR AS NO ONE IN THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT CAN RESOLVE MY QUERY. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SO MUCH INCOMPENT PEOPLE WHICH HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR OWN WORK. THIS IS TOTALLY INSANE SERVICE.
