BAD signal & worst call centre eve

On the 8ta website, it shows that the area I live in has 3D signal!!! But I mostly have NO SIGNAL!! or only 2D.
The first guy I spoke with at the call centre tried hard to be helpfull, but the lady I spoke with was an absolute b. They said something might be "blocking" the signal, but why do I have signal at SOME times then? (without moving the computer) Sometimes I have full signal, but can't access any pages. Other times I have NO signal, but I'm able to load a page. My business is suffering with this problem.
I am SO disappointed with you 8ta. I really expected more.
