No Service

I have reported my service problem at 07:00 on Thursday, 43CTK121113, Since then I have been told that they are waiting for the technician. I the meantime the problem has been escalated, 554138, to somewhere... nothing happened. Telkom is a faceless company and I could not manage to find anyone except the poor call center person to talk to. They do not want to or do not know anybody else that can help. Telkom is a useless company when it comes to service delivery. They hide behind a useless call center.
