Poor Service received from WebAfrica / Telkom

We have had ongoing issues with this company when using them for our internet ADSL connection. We have had huge intermittent connections from them as well as latency on a daily basis, this morning we reported again for the 100th time that we have a speed of a mere 0.35 mbps, upon contacting them, the call center looks at your account, and the feedback is that even if you go to another provider, you will still have the same issues as it all goes through TELKOM. You do not know who to believe anymore as it seems the internet service provider industry does not know what they are doing and in turn the country is slipping backwards due to poor service delivery in the internet industry. We have even being paying for a 10mbps line, but could only get 4 mbps out of it, so we have been over charged for that as well. When you have complaints, there is nobody other than the call center to talk to as no senior management is ever available to sort out the problem. When asking to speak to the MD, there are excuses that there is a procedure to follow. Well let me tell you WebAfrica, you are useless.
