I've been a very loyal customer for the past 3years. My phone bills costs me over R3000 per month. I have 7 contracts with Vodacom. Now, for the first time ever I make a late payment I can't upgrade to a financed phone. Your customer service is beyond poor!!! No one EVER understands!!! You get put through over and over and over!!!
