I am so angry, this complaint is my last resort

My contract with Autopage is on my father's name. We have both been with Autopage for over 6 years. I received a phone call from a rep offering me a service. As the contract is not on my name, I referred the rep to my father. My father insisted he DID NOT want said service added to my contract. End of the month comes, and the service was added at a substantial extra cost of just over R150 a month. My father contacted them immediately & requested the amount be removed. They agreed & credited the account. 2 Days later we receive an sms stating that our service will be suspended if we do not pay. Again, my father called and asked them to sort it out. AGAIN they agreed, credited, and re-activated. LONG story short: This process has literally repeated itself 17 (YES, 17!!!) times, over the last month. My father & myself have called so many times, just to get transferred between accounts & customer service, & I am not lying when I say that this process literally had me in tears of frustration. We are at our wits end. We are not allowed to cancel the contract, so is this our fate now?? In Autopage the one hand does not know what the other is doing! How can this continue??? Help!!
