Appalling Service!!

I have 3 Nashua Mobile contracts, ALL are always paid, never late. I picked up that on one of my lines between 8c and 20c disappears from my airtime PER HOUR. I took this up with my NM Branch. Tickets were logged, apparent WASP service. I tried to discontinue WASP service, then it appeared on two of my lines. More tickets were logged to JHB to investigate. No WASP service, no ghost sim or twin sim YET MY AIRTIME KEEPS ON DISAPPEARING. This started in Nov 2012. I have lost more that R350 in airtime so far. Investigations opened, they see nothing wrong and JUST CLOSE IT! I have phoned, I have emailed, I have logged requests on internet. Not a single phone call, 1 email stating that my query is being looked at. Last week, MIDDLE OF FEB! This has been a problem since Nov 2012!! I have requested that my lines are investigated, I have removed all apps of my Blackberry. There is nothing on my phones that could possibly cost between 8c and 20c an hour!! I have never in my life received such disgusting service. This is unacceptable!! I have to carry that loss of airtime. I am the one who is paying service fees and not receiving service. Absolutely appalling and unacceptable!
