Not happy with misplaced response

On 13 May I reported about Autopage Appleby's wanting to charge for helping a staff menber to divert my cell'phone.
I had a reply from Ashley Molies after 9 days, who alplogised and stated that it was Auropage's policy not to charge for added-on services.
The simple matter of help to divert a cell'phone is not an added-on service.
It's a shame the difference since Autopage changed the Appleby's staff.
I then went to Autopage Cresta, where I was helped by a very competent person icw. upgrading my one contract in a month's time.
I will test Autopage Cresta again, and probably upgrade with them.
I sincerely hope I'll be able to upgrade and resign this one (of my 3 contracts) at Cresta.
