A few months a go my wife tried for about the 5th time to get her contract that's in her dad's name moved to her.
After promising us they would do the necessary, guess what? It still is not ing done. Then I call to follow up - I will call you back, they say. Guess what, no call... Tried calling your branch - the line is engaged. How difficult is it to take some paperwork and send it to where it needs to go? Now they are wanting to charge us an absolute fortune due to their up... This is the reason I left the network many years ago, a bunch of incompetent who don't know their a from their elbows...
