Being substribed without knowing

This company Mira consistantly took my airtime without my knowledge. I have never signed up for this thing and do not accept this. I have no idea of what they do yet I was substribed by them. That I do not understand. How on earth do these companies get to take our airtime without informing us. If they are delivering a service to us, surely they are suppose to let us know instead of keeping quiet and continue taking our money. I want all my money back.
