Vodacom just don't care about their customers

Its been a week since my complaint and received one email asking for my phone IMEI number and the job card number. The complaints number but nothing.

I then also sent an email asking Vodacom to cancel my contract since they clearly not interested in my complaint. What do I have to do to get someone to respond???

Vodacom simply doesn't care for complaints. Just cancel my contract if you not interested in replying to my complaint.
