Still no feed back on complaint

Vodacom legal send me an email letting me know that I still R1356 outstanding on 2 cell phone numbers. As I took upon my self and phone that numbers because I didn't recognise it. The one number went on voice mail and the other number belong to a woman for years. So I send Vodacom an email and ask them how its possible to bill me and the number is not mine. Until now no feed back 26/9/2013.
