I NEED THIS PROBLEM SORTED TODAY 15.11.13

Call Me because i am furious with this issues that is recurring, i want someone to contact me before 12, today 15.11.13. I logged numerous calls, one issue that i logged was closed without notification and not ressolved, when i did a follow up call i heard the request was closed, so i wouldve been waiting on a call which would never have been made to me. One issue is my BB10 service happening for the third time in this week. 2nd issue is my talking points which i have changed to smses, which also worked and now stopped working. I am totally disgusted that these issues are taking so long whole week and as i think they do not work over weekends so does this mean that i will have to wait for week 3, i want this sorted today plzzzz.
