Today, I got a call asking if my issue was fixed (receiving texts multiple times even though text was sent only once). I said yes. I finally didn't have an issue after 2 months of back and fourth waiting for someone to assist. Well you closed my previous hellopeter complaint today, but strangely, the issue started again today after a week of no problems.
I'm complaining here because no one can help. The guy who called last week said they were asked to monitor my line and I asked were I should call because 180 can never assist me. I was told to call 187. So when I tried to call, I'm asked for some unique number - clearly I cannot use this line! Please can they look at my line and assist me! Just help me! First case logged 23/03...
