I have had enough!!!

Booked phone in for software problems STILL UNDER WARRANTY
-dropping calls
-switching off for extended periods of time & rebooting with system error msg
-not charging
-changing languages
Called next day to collect phone, software refresh had been done
Experienced the same problems after collecting the phone.
Took the phone back to vodacom repair centre where it was going to be sent to the advanced repair centre.
Received a phone call over a week and a half later to collect phone & have to pay R338 for repairs on the phone that were not requested and phone is STILL UNDER WARRANTY
Phone still giving the same problems & has now returned with more
- losing USB connection
- not picking up external inputs such as earphones & HDMI cables straight away.

I refuse to send it in again because the problem is not being resolved at all and the fact that I had to pay for repairs I did not request / was not informed about & did not pertain to the original problem is extremely frustrating!!!
