Please can you assist urgently as I don't want to be black listed. I have a problem with telkom and I have been to their offices on numerous occasions but nobody can help me. I reported a fault on my line, on the 16/05/2013 a technician came out to my property to fix this problem. He said the was a problem with the telephone box and this box was in my neighbours yard. The technician had no access to the property therefore could not fix the problem on the 16/05/2013. The same technician made an appointment with my neighbour for the next day to sort this problem out. The technician failed to meet this appointment and never came back to the property. From that point onward I have not been able to use my phone line. No other technician has been to my property or my neighbours property to sort this problem out despite numerous complaints since the 16/05/2013. I have still been charged rental fees and all the related fees for the months of may and june which I refuse to pay as I was not able to use this service. The account has been handed over to a legal firm and I'm now in danger of being black listed Your help is greatly appreciated
