2 Weeks gone and no assistance

Your service is terrible your agents in the fault department cannot even assist. I logged a complain on the 04/11/2013 regarding my telkom line and up until now no sms or calls about it. Please see to it and get back to me as speaking to your consultants does not help incompetent.
