Poor Bussiness Practise and Pathetic Service

I have sent numerous emails regarding terrible internet speeds, i even attached screenshots of speed performance, or lack thereof. I did not get one response over a three day period. I have called there call centre and every time i tried to get hold of a technician or Keoma himself, he is not there or the consultant says "let me take down your username and someone will call you. I have had no internet since yesterday afternoon up till now It's 13 00 now. The following day. I sent an email on the 7th explaining the lack of service delivery and i am not impressed at all with speeds etc. I said i would like a refund for at least 2 months due to lack of service delivery. Today after speaking, phoning 4 times and leaving messages i get told that my account is cancelled on request. Not once in my email or calls did i request a cancellation of my account. I am highly annoyed. I run a company that deals with large security firms, I remotely connect to them to solve issues. This is causing emergency calls not to be actioned and if a system goes down without my assistance lives could be lost, A VERY SERIOUS MATTER!! If someone pushes a panic button and i can't assist the company's issue! :(
