Samsung s4 galaxy battery problem

Three month old Sam sung galaxy S4 under contract with Vodacom and bad battery problem. No stock available yet they know of the problems relating to these phones. On searching the Internet i found 10 available in Cape Town. They say my phone must go to the repair centre for 2 weeks and i have to pay for a loan unit. Why cannot they outsource these batteries and KEEP THE CLIENT HAPPY??? The cherry on top of this poor service is that I have to PAY for a "loan phone" yet i am on a BUSINESS CONTRACT - Really dissatisfied with the quality of service.
