As expected from Vodacom yet again!!!
Turnaround time of 48 hrs not honoured, its 96 hrs later and no feedback.
was committed on my Data line (luckily I picked it up before delivery). Everything was lodged with the forensics team of Vodacom. I was inconvenienced by having to go to the police and get an affidavit and commissioned my ID copy.
I am still inconvenienced by not being allowed to upgrade my contract. Vodacom did not commit to the RICA Act by verify the delivery address.
Second Problem is my BB Bold 9900 received on 12 Aug 13 is damaged by the provided pouch in the box. Now VODACOM wants me to wait 4 weeks before if I book it in. BB acknowledged it on a site that the pouch is causing the damage and now when I book it in who will pay the monthly subscription?
I am very disappointed in the way I am being treated by Vodacom. Client since 1998 and have 8 lines active.
Get your act together, there is other service provider who I think will appreciate my contracts.
