My mother recently had all of her airtime removed that she had bought, she had not made any phone calls, and had only written a few sms's. I called Cell C, and they said they could not do anything about the airtime, it had been taken by a company called [URL Removed] - they call themselves a Mobile Aggregation service (what the is that?) They send masses of spam mails, and when you reply (even mistakenly) they your airtime. Cell C apparently cant do anything about - what a copout.
It is going to be easier to change service provider than to try get this Integrat company to reverse the process!
