Hi Vodacom, would suggest someone for a change does some running around and calls me - I have phoned several times to sort out a upgrade on my phone and so far I am getting absolutely no joy. I am being asked to obtain a affidavit - Its not mistake so why should I need to obtain a affidavit and have to sit in a police station for 2 hours!!! - Vodacom allowed for the upgrade to take place without my permission. I suggest you sort this out without further inconveniencing me. This is taking so long to resolve - The actual phone from my understanding has not been dispatched so right now if worked on quickly to cancel and close this number which I would like in any event to do could prevent any loss. They have provided me with an email address [Email Removed] and the email has been undelivered. I have also picked up that my normal monthly subscription on the weekender plus of R135-00 has now increased to R485-00 due to the phone chosen in the upgrade. Please sort this out now - Quick to sell your service but so far getting anything out of your Call Centre is an absolute joke.
