I bought a sim modem which had about 2.5GB and airtime in October 2012 and now all of a sudden the SIM card is not working, when I contact the call center, 1st I was told they can reactivate and give me all my airtime provided I give them the cell phone number linked to the SIM.. And now the next day I call them to give them the number, I am now told that I have forfeited all my airtime and my data bundles because I had not used the sim card for more than 90 days. So they can't reactivate... now its two stories from the same company.
I think that is totally unethical, why must I be punished for not using my airtime? Is it by force that I use this airtime? For heaven sake this is PREPAID not CONTRACT!! Seeing that it is prepaid I cannot understand how one can just lose airtime? That is.
I want this sim card to be activated and I want all my airtime within 24hrs.
