Nobody can help me, nor are they willing to try!

I have a contract with Cell C, but my problem is loading prepaid airtime on my daughter's phone. Having bought airtime through online banking 14 hours ago, the airtime has still not loaded on the phone. When I called the Cell C call centre they kept passing the buck. Nobody has been able to help me and the airtime is still 'lost'. This is very disappointing!
