I called in to query an UNUSUALLY high bill on the 02/11/2013 and was told that i had incurred R900 in data charges.
i disputed this and was given a reference no and was told verbally that i would get a response within 2 working days
later that day i received a message telling me i would now have to wait 14 days

i tried calling twice today and held on for around 35 mins each and still never got the call answered

Why is it that the money can be debited immediately and i got to wait for two weeks to get a response from vodacom

this was the first time i decided to go with vodacom on a contract and will certainly be my last
