Phone not repaired/replaced within 4 hrs

I took my Samsung S4 for repairs/replacement and was promised that it will be fixed within 4 hours. Well I have not heard anything from MTN since I handed my cellphone in and when I called 2x and at 15h35 I was told that they are waiting for spares and do not know when the phone will be ready. This is not acceptable!

1. MTN should not make promises it cannot keep. 4 hrs turnaround time not met.
2. The cellphone is not 6 months old and this means I am entitled to a replacement cellphone because your technicians are clearly struggling to fix my cell.

I do not understand why I should be inconvincied at all. Common MTN get your act together!
