Incompetency following damage to my cellphone

I submitted my cellphone for repairs on 29 November 2013. It was damaged in a motor vehicle accident in which my motor vehicle was written off. I have in the meantime received a replacement vehicle through my insurance, santam.

However, Nashua Mobile has not provided me with a repaired phone or a new phone. I have received identical SMS messages saying that the phone is still being repaired. I've made a telephone call to Nashua Mobile last week. I was told that they have finally decided to provide me with a new phone and that I will be contacted before the end of last week. I've received no telephone call or no further feedback regarding the replacement of the phone. I did receive the same nonsensical SMS to indicate that my phone is still being repaired.

I find this conduct by Nashua Mobile as totally unacceptable. It was obvious that the phone could not be repaired following the accident. I have been a long-standing client this since 1995. I have subscribed to their insurance to cater for situations like this. My motor vehicle was replaced within two weeks. Why am I waiting so long for Nashua Mobile to provide me with a repaired or replacement phone?
