Falty cellphone and repairs that take foreve

I bought a mobile phone from Woolworths, a month later it broke. i booked it in for repairs and was told it would take maximum of a week. Two weeks passed and no word from the store. I had to call them, and they said they would revert. They didn't. I called two days later and was told that the phone could not be fixed and would be replaced. That process took yet another week. Following several calls from myself. i got a call that i should pick up the replacement device. On arrival, the replacement was a different colour to mine. I thought i would let this slide as i Had gone far too long without a phone already. But that wasn't the end of it, this replacement "supposedly" new, did not work. Now i have go through the whole process of the device being booked in for repairs yet again. i am absolutely fuming as this has greatly affected my day to day errands.the personell at the cellphone department couldnt help me and quite frankly weren't interested. Appalling service. Don't sell mobiles if you are the middle man and cannot handle the affairs that follow.
