I am back here to repost as i only get service when i complain here. After the last response of cancelling my contract, i was told it would take 72 hours to cancel; it has thus taken a full 7 days to cancel. my phone number was cancelled on 08/11/13 to which it was supposed to be prepaid afterwards. ive since sent emails everday asking when my number will become prepaid and answers like "i dont know "& i will let you know when it happens" is NOT acceptable as in the mean time i am left with no phone number. can i get a a proper answer aside from i dont know"?
