USELESS!!!

I just had it with vodacom and our bad incompetent system and people. After I requested how my bill will work you bill me for something I have not used yet. WHY!!! and now I'm also suppose to pay additional amount that I didn't even get the bill for.
YOU are useless incompetent people.
