Hi

I am at my wits end trying to solve a contract cancellation with MTN. My husband visited the store on the 29 July 2013 and from the moment we entered the store and were treated badly the door was closed and we were told they are closed but the time on the time door was not due yet. to cut a long story short we called the manager Janine Botha who then looked at the footage on camera on the said day and called to apologise. But the problem is that after having spent almost 2 hrs in the store the guy who was assisting us never cancelled the contract although he said he did. This has now been going on for months and the debit orders are still coming off the bank account although we are not receiving a service from MTN. I have called, emailed messaged Janine and to date there has been no solution. I have the following ref no : 104834996 and not sure what this is USD REQ : 2776436. I would appreciate this contract being cancelled and all monies deducted from bank account after cancellation was done to be re-imbursed.
