Bad customer service! incompetance of employees

I have cancelled one of my contracts in Jan 2012. The employee that dealt with my matter never faxed/emailed my cancelation. After numerous fights the contract was eventually cancelled in Oct 2012. Everytime i went to the store there where new emplyoees. I have dealt with two managers since, but was not re imbursed for money that was deducted after cancelation from my bank account. The manager Dayuaan that was there when i cancelled my contract told me that the person that was dealing with my cancelation has messed up, and that he will help me to get my money re imbursed. He also left the branch in the meantime. Then they accidently cancelled my internet connection, and billed and debited my account for R667.00 for cancellation and re connection fees. I spoke to Calvin and Patrick for an hour and a half until 15h00 (Trade Partner Help desk) today and who acknowledged that they were at fault, I then enquiered when and how much they are going to re inmburse me for monies incorrectly deducted from my account. They promised to phone me back in 10 minutes with and answer and ref no, but i am still waiting. I am utterly disgusted by their level of customer service, and competance!
