ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER CARE (Breach of Contract)

I have been a loyal mtn contract for 48months but mtn retention centre has absolutely no customer care. They do not take the time to understand your problem. I was due for an upgrade in April and took the Nokia Lumia 920.The battery life and phone were terrible so i took it back within the 7day period. I then got a new unit of the same device. The device had the same problems as the previous device. I then took it to nokia and they said they changed the battery and heat spreader but there were no changes to the problems. I then took the phone to the mtn repair centre for a warranty assessment. They approved the warranty assessment and gave me a c.o.l number. I am now tired of driving up and down for a phone.
I then approached rivonia mtn to cancel my contract since i have wasted so much time and money travelling to get the phone exchanged or sorted out. The consultant then referred me to the retention center.
Signing a contract with MTN is like selling your soul to the devil. And the retention centre is as useless as a 3 pin plug in Europe. I would rather they let me see out my previous contract but they dont seem to understand that.
