Faulty phone and memory card

In March 2013 i purchased a contract with mtn Waterfront branch. about a month after i started experiencing problems with my battery life. I then took my phone to Kenilworth centre branch asking them to have it checked. The consultant then told me i should switch off apps and phone in order for it to charge properly. Yes it did help instead of it charging for 8 hours it charged for 6 in order for my battery to be full and it just got worse. i then took it back to Kenilworth centre branch and they told me that i should take my phone back to Waterfront branch where i had bought it. Due to transport i have taken it to Canal Walk Branch on the 16-11.13 the consultant then booked my phone in for repairs giving only my back cover and sim card back to me. i got my phone back on the 29-11-13 with my memory card missing and my phone still not repaired and still taking 12 hours to charge. they told me that my guarantee for my battery has expired and that i should purchase a new battery costing me round about R450 and they have no idea where my memory card is. Seriously fed up with MTN and the service iv been receiving from branch after branch!!!
