Worse Support - Do not know what they are dong

Hi

I have moved to MS Office 365 and need to make a few changes, MX record added to DNS and Name server changes for email. I have called Web Africa for the past week and have not be able to get someone that knows what they are doing to support me. I have not EMail and my business is losing. Thanks to Web Africa for such a bad service. Maybe you should look at hiring people to work on the suport desk that knows what they are doing.
