No Presales support to the SMB industry

I sent a request to Microsoft Presales Support seven days ago. When I spoke to Microsoft SA Telephonically, they said I must email the Presales Support my scenario and what I wanted to achieve with the Microsoft Products. I mailed them last week, they ignored my first email. So I sent a second email. Which was only answered 48 hours later asking my Partner details. I gave the consultant "Fadi" my partner ID. He only responded a further 24 hours later to tell me that they don't support Registered Partners. Only Silver and Gold. Fadi's job title is Partner Technical Consultant. But he does not support Registered Partners, how does that make any sense. So going forward what incentive so I have to support Microsoft, if they are not interested in my business. I have searched online for a solution, but the information I found only relates to end of life products from Microsoft. I sell allot of the Microsoft Products, especially into the Server enviroment. The way I feel now, is it would be better to invest time and money in moving all my clients servers to Open Source Enviroments, because at least you get communities that are willing to assist. I'm quite disgusted in Microsofts response.
