I called Vodacom on the 3/11/2013 and I spoke to Cleo Appolis. This is the name that she gave me and I have since tried locating her but to no avail. I called with a few queries and her system shut down. She promised to call me back and I am waiting ever since! My query has been resolved as I called back a few days later. I know that all your calls gets recorded and I hope you will be able to trace and listen to the call and find this Cleo Appolis that does not deliver on her promises.
